Neo Genesis Designs currently ships only to the United States via our website.  If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us for a quote and ordering information.  Some items in our store cannot be shipped internationally.

All shipping time estimates start from the date your payment clears.

The Cross Jewelry orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days.  However, time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.  You will be notified if order completion will be longer than 7 business days.  The Cross Jewelry is made to order and our hands can only move as fast as God allows.  Made in the USA.

You will receive email notification once the item ships.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipment date to receive your Christian gift order.

Refund Policy for Christian Gifts

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation.  Do not return shipment until you receive authorization from Neo Genesis Designs.  Any refund issued will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
